Express delivery is available for a flat rate of Rs. 200, arriving within 2 to 3 business days. Standard shipping is free on orders of Rs. 5,000 or more. During sales or high-demand periods, delivery times may be longer than usual.

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email/SMS to track it directly on the courier's website. If you don't receive tracking updates or have any questions, reach us via WhatsApp/Call at +92 371 7071508 or email support@zadrancollection.com and we'll follow up.

You may request a return, replacement, or refund within 14 days of delivery. Refunds and free replacements apply only if you receive a defective product or the wrong item/size due to our error - all returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact. Refunds aren't available for change-of-mind requests.

To start a request, email support@zadrancollection.com or WhatsApp +92 371 7071508 with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if the item is defective or incorrect. If the error is on our end, we'll arrange a free replacement or refund with no return shipping charge. For all other approved returns, a flat Rs. 200 return shipping charge applies.

Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 working days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item - to your original payment method, or as store credit for Cash on Delivery orders.
