We want you to be fully satisfied with your order. Please review our policy below before requesting a return, replacement, or refund.
Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:
You receive a defective product that cannot be repaired or replaced.
The wrong item or size was delivered due to an error on our end.
Refunds will be processed only after the item is returned to us and inspected by our quality team.
Condition for eligibility: all returned items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with tags intact.
Refunds are not applicable for change-of-mind cases (e.g. you no longer want the item, or ordered the wrong size by mistake).
Items must be reported within 14 days of delivery of the last item in your order (this window is extended to account for weekends and holidays) to be eligible for a return, replacement, or refund.
If a return is approved, a flat return shipping charge of Rs. 250 applies, charged once per return. No restocking fee applies.

Share your order number, a description of the issue, photos (for defective/wrong items), and your preferred resolution (replacement or refund).
Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps, including the return address if applicable.
If the item is confirmed defective or incorrect, we will arrange a free replacement, subject to stock availability (no return shipping charge applies when the error is on our end).
If a replacement isn't available, we'll offer store credit or a refund instead.
For all other approved returns, a flat return shipping charge of Rs. 250 applies (covers return + re-dispatch), charged once per return.
Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Prepaid orders: refunded to the original payment method, or as store credit (your choice).
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: refunded via bank transfer / JazzCash / Easypaisa, or as store credit.
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of order placement, or until the item is fulfilled (whichever comes first).
COD orders will be cancelled immediately upon request.
Prepaid orders will be refunded within 7-10 working days.
Once an order has been fulfilled (packed/handed to the courier), it can no longer be cancelled. Contact us, and we'll do our best to assist, but a return may be required instead once delivered.
